Refund Policy
Summary: For digital subscriptions, you can cancel anytime. Refunds are limited (see below). For physical products, most items are returnable within 30 days in new condition. See our Returns & Shipping page for how to send items back.

1) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on MysticBolt.com and related subdomains, including:
- Digital subscriptions/memberships (access to apps, readings, or premium features)
- Physical products (merchandise sold in our shop)

2) Digital subscriptions & memberships
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel from your account settings at any time; your access remains active until the end of the paid term.
- Refunds:
- First-time purchase: Eligible for a 7-day money-back refund from the purchase date if you’re not satisfied.
- Renewals: Charges are non-refundable once the new term begins.
- Exceptions: We will refund duplicate charges, fraudulent/unauthorized transactions (with evidence), or accidental double purchases.
- Free trials (if offered): If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the paid term begins and the current term is non-refundable.
- Service interruptions: Extended outages caused by us (48+ hours) may qualify for pro-rated credit at our discretion.
Note (EEA/UK): For digital content delivered immediately, you may lose statutory withdrawal rights once delivery/performance begins, per applicable law. We present consent language where required.
3) Physical products (shop orders)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for most items.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/parts included.
- Non-returnable items: Perishable goods (if any), digital downloads, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale.
- Return shipping:
- Defective/Damaged/Incorrect item received: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping—contact us first.
- All other returns (change of mind/size): Customer pays return shipping.
- Exchanges: If the item and size are available, we’re happy to exchange; otherwise, we’ll issue a refund once the return is approved.
- Damage on arrival: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a carrier claim.

4) Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we approve the return (and, for physical goods, after we receive and inspect the item).
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unresolved chargebacks may delay resolution. We work quickly to correct any mistakes.
