In no event shall the total liability of MysticBolt for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid, if any, for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the three-month period preceding the event
- One hundred US dollars (USD 100)
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MysticBolt and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
