Shipping

Processing times

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Made-to-order / preorders (if noted on product page): Ship on the estimated date listed.
  • Peak periods & holidays: Processing may take longer; we’ll post notices if delays occur.

Methods & carriers

We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) using trackable services. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping costs & estimates

Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address, weight, and service level selected. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly marked on the cart/checkout page.

Delivery issues

  • Lost / stalled tracking: If a package shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll assist with a trace or replacement options.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received: First check with household members and neighbors, then your carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us.
  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.

Addresses we can ship to

  • Residential & business addresses: Supported.
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO/DPO: Availability depends on the selected carrier/service at checkout.
    Please ensure your address is accurate; undeliverable orders may incur reship fees.

International shipping

Where available, duties/taxes may be collected at checkout or due on delivery (DDU), depending on destination and service. Customs processing can extend delivery times. Buyers are responsible for complying with local import rules.


Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

Return window & condition

  • 30-day returns from the delivery date for most items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/parts included.
  • Non-returnable: Perishables (if any), digital downloads, gift cards, personalized items, and products marked Final Sale.

Start a return (RMA)

  1. Go to Returns & Shipping and submit a return request (order #, item, reason).
  2. Wait for RMA approval and instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).
  3. Pack securely and include the RMA number inside the box.
  4. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your return is processed.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Our error / damaged / defective / wrong item: We provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping (contact us first).
  • Change-of-mind / size / color: Return shipping is typically paid by the customer.

Exchanges

Where inventory allows, we’re happy to exchange sizes or variants. If the item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund once the return is approved.

Inspection & timeline

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt at our facility. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. See Refund Policy for details.


Digital Products & Subscriptions

Digital items are not returnable. For cancellations, renewals, trial terms, and first-purchase guarantees, see our Refund Policy.


Packaging Tips

  • Reuse the original box when possible.
  • Cushion fragile items; remove old labels if using a new carton.
  • Include your RMA number and order details inside the package.
