Summary: You control what you receive from MysticBolt. Use the options below to unsubscribe from all emails or fine-tune your email preferences by category and frequency.

Manage your email settings

1) One-click unsubscribe (all emails)

Prefer a clean slate? Use the Unsubscribe from All link found at the bottom of any MysticBolt email. That immediately stops marketing and newsletter messages from us. (You may still receive essential transactional emails—see below.)

2) Update preferences (recommended)

Choose the types of emails you want to keep and how often you’d like to get them:

  • News & Feature Releases – New tools, app updates, and tips
  • Weekly Horoscope & Astrology Digest – Round-up of the week’s highlights
  • Promotions & Member Offers – Discounts, trials, ad-free options
  • Account & Billing (always on; transactional) – Receipts, password resets, critical account notices

Frequency options: Instant • Daily • Weekly • Monthly • Pause for 90 days

Tip: If you’re on a page with a preferences form, confirm the address shown is yours and click Save Preferences.


About transactional vs. marketing emails

  • Transactional emails are necessary to deliver the service (e.g., receipts, login help, security alerts). These continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing messages.
  • Marketing/Newsletters are optional. You can opt out anytime via this page or the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you’re not seeing our emails

  • Check spam/junk and mark “Not spam.”
  • Add support@mysticbolt.com to your contacts/safe senders.
  • For corporate or school addresses, ask IT to allow mail from our sending domain.

Data & privacy

We only use your email for the categories you select, under our Privacy Policy. If you request deletion of your account, we remove or anonymize your data except where retention is required by law.
